I'd also love leads on more folks still looking to coordinate housing for the month or for a week or two. I'm in contact with another family from the offered sheet, but we are having trouble finding suitable 2/3 br places in our budget. Adding more people willing to share resources would help the search.
If you email info@edgeesmeralda.com, I'll make sure you get routed to the right person on our team.
Just to set expectations: in general we're not in a position to provide 1:1 help for everyone to find housing — to give a sense of scale, last year we had 1,300 attendees!
As a result, our focus is to point people to resources that we might be aware of that they might not know (like the HipCamp URL I linked below).
Thanks! I am trying to create more of those resources. Hopefully we will be taking on the lease for a family friendly cohousing spot that you can offer to others this week🤞
I'm curious if you've identified any off-market spots for live-in vans. We are searching for walkable housing but having trouble finding a fit within our budget, and will have our van with us.
Hi there, any updates for van life land?
Hey Eileen! What sorts of information are you looking for?

Makes sense! We'll continue to point people to the spreadsheet, and I'm sure more folks will add their names to it as EE draws closer.
I realize that's not super helpful if you're trying to nail down housing right now, but if you're willing to keep an eye on it, it'll grow over time!
For anyone else reading this thread, here's the spreadsheet we're referring to: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1stSiFZ4c1Jyni6EfDLIWTW7Lna1lz14P1r56FIbQrGk/edit?gid=1979515220#gid=1979515220
Thanks for the information, Devon.
Are you a good person from EE to chat with privately with more questions about some of these possibilities?

We actually have! Here's a HipCamp spot that has a couple living quarters as well as a field (multiple acres) which could accommodate a temporary campground for a group: https://www.hipcamp.com/en-US/land/california-riverfront-cabin-and-lodgett-nelhrrrq?adults=1&children=0&srid=37c79a15-cc9c-40d9-aa0e-3598358c4687
Another attendee was briefly looking into it, and he said the owner asked for:
1. A local letter of reference (which we are willing to write for you)
2. Confirmation of event insurance (which we have, though I don't have any detail on what specific coverage the owner is looking for)
Here's another spot that some EE attendees used last year and said worked great! If I remember correctly, they said there are ~6 spots at this site (though I haven't actually been there personally so I may be misremembering): https://www.hipcamp.com/en-US/land/california-barn-yard-rv-pad-site-1-y0zheyj2
