The Healdsburg Jazz Festival is happening June 13th-22nd
Whether you’re joining for a day or staying for the month, there are many ways to take part in Edge Esmeralda (May 24–June 21) — from free programming days, to offering housing, to volunteering, to celebrating alongside one of Healdsburg’s most beloved festivals.
Here’s what’s happening and how you can get involved:
House a Participant & Get a Free Ticket
Previously, we offered a free ticket only to those hosting a scholar. Now, anyone who houses a participant is eligible for a free ticket.
If you have a spare room, guesthouse, or cozy corner, you can help welcome someone attending Edge Esmeralda. We’re looking especially for hosts who are:
Located near downtown
Open to hosting for at least a week
Even better, able to host someone for the full month

Free Wednesdays
Every Wednesday throughout the month, all Edge Esmeralda programming is free and open to Sonoma County residents. Come by for a full day of events, including:
Morning wellness sessions
Afternoon talks and workshop
Evening gatherings and activities
Evenings at CraftWork: Locals Focused Programming Craftwork
No ticket needed—just bring yourself and your curiosity. It's our way of saying "thank you" to the community that makes Healdsburg so special.
Volunteer
We’re actively looking for volunteers to help with daily operations, community support, event logistics, and more. Volunteers receive a discounted ticket and play an essential role in shaping the experience.

Healdsburg Jazz Festival: June 13–22
Our timing this year overlaps with the iconic Healdsburg Jazz Festival! Running June 13th–22nd, this year’s festival features performances from Kenny Barron, Jake Shimabukuro, Dianne Reeves, and more. It is going to be going to be such a lively time to be in Healdsburg.
