Village Overview & Map
A preview of the spaces we've reserved in Healdsburg
Remember to book lodging & buy tickets soon! Ticket prices will keep increasing, & there are a limited number of hotel rooms at the rates we negotiated.
One of the reasons we were so excited to return to Healdsburg is because of how naturally it supports the popup village model. The town is walkable, full of locally owned businesses, and packed with venues that offer more character and flexibility.
This post gives an overview of the spaces we’ll be using. If you’re hosting a track or workshop, you can check out the full venue list on our shared calendar here.
There are two main clusters in town, connected by a 7-minute bike path we call Serendipity Lane. This path acts as the spine of the popup village linking lodging, coworking, talk spaces and public gathering points. It’s where you’ll run into other attendees, go on walks with new friends, or take a breather between sessions.

Shared Resources
We’ve created a shared Google Maps list with saved spots around town—cafes, restaurants, venues, and more. If you find a place you love, feel free to add it with a short note. This is a living village, and we want our maps to reflect what people are actually doing and enjoying.
In addition to the map, here’s a running list of food options in Healdsburg to help you navigate meals more easily.
A big thank you to our partners, and see you all soon in Healdsburg!
